I’m Yolande Waasdorp.
For more than 35 years, across four countries, my work has moved through prisons, boardrooms, recovery spaces, trainings, meditations, and the lives of people carrying more than most others can see.

I know what it means to function inside systems that slowly disconnect you from yourself.  

And I know how quietly that disconnection can become normal.
